Service Description

When your business is sold or going to close, you must file Articles of Dissolution with the state. This lets the state know that the business will either close or no longer be operated under your authority. We will file the articles with the state for you. The business taxes must be filed along with employees and vendors paid. Before the meeting can begin please be sure to follow the emailed instructions.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds, only reschedules. If you cannot make your appointment you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance in order to set a reschedule. Appointments will only be rescheduled once.
