Service Description

This is a full start-up package. We will file on your behalf the Articles of Incorporation, obtain the EIN, create a simple Operations Agreement, a simple Partnership Agreement, set up domains, and more. Before the meeting can begin please be sure to follow the emailed instructions.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds, only reschedules. If you cannot make your appointment you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance in order to set a reschedule. Appointments will only be rescheduled once.
