Prevent your business from being administratively dissolved and from having to pay more to renew each year. Your business is at risk of not being recognized and at being dissolved by the state if you do not file an Annual Report by 5/1, in Florida. We will file this report for you, on time, and make any updates as is necessary. Having a designated Registered Agent also allows your business to save face if ever served a legal complaint. It can be served to us instead. Before the meeting can begin please be sure to follow the emailed instructions.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds, only reschedules. If you cannot make your appointment you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance in order to set a reschedule. Appointments will only be rescheduled once.
